You can delete your uni8 account, and the data associated with it, at any time from inside the app. Deletion is immediate — there is no request to submit and no waiting period.
How to delete your account
- Open the uni8 app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your data is erased from our systems as soon as you confirm. This action is irreversible — your account and its data cannot be restored afterwards, by you or by us. If you want a copy of your data, request an export before deleting.
What data is deleted
We permanently delete the following the moment you confirm:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Profile photo and bio
- For Academy Managers: your academy profile, all teams within it, every player record in those teams — including attendance, skill data, evaluation scores, and session notes — and any pending player invitations
- For Players: your team memberships, attendance records, training history, and personal stats
- Login credentials and authentication data
- In-app messages you have sent or received
What data is retained
Nothing that identifies you. The only data that survives deletion is anonymized aggregate analytics — usage counts and performance metrics that cannot be linked back to you, your academy, or any player.
