If you have an account with uni8 and would like to delete your account and the data associated with it, please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
To request account deletion, send an email to support@uni8.cc from the email address registered to your uni8 account.
Include the following in your email:
- Subject: Delete my account
- Body: Your full name, the email or phone number associated with your account, and your role (Academy Manager or Player).
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What data is deleted
Once your request is processed, we permanently delete the following:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Profile photo and bio
- For Academy Managers: your academy profile, teams you created, and player invitations
- For Players: your team memberships, attendance records, training history, and personal stats
- Login credentials and authentication data
- In-app messages you have sent or received
What data is retained
For legal and operational reasons, we retain the following:
- Abuse, fraud, and security logs — kept for up to 12 months to protect other users and prevent misuse.
- Anonymized analytics — aggregate usage data that cannot be linked to you personally may be retained indefinitely.
After these retention periods expire, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
